Program Development Status

Propmark Career Access is currently developing its curriculum, organizational structure, nonprofit or fiscal-sponsor arrangements, employer relationships, software partnerships, and funding model.

Information about planned services may change before the founding pilot launches.

Participation in a future Propmark program will not guarantee employment, an interview, promotion, salary level, or job placement.

Hiring decisions will remain entirely with participating employers.

No Official Vendor Affiliation

Unless specifically announced in writing, Propmark is not affiliated with, endorsed by, certified by, or sponsored by Yardi, RealPage, OneSite, or any other named technology provider.

Company names may be referenced only to describe planned training goals or potential partnership needs.

No Government Affiliation

Propmark is not a government agency.

References to HUD, workforce agencies, WorkSource centers, AJCCs, cities, counties, or government funding do not mean that those organizations have approved, certified, funded, or endorsed Propmark.

Intellectual Property

Website text, branding, graphics, curriculum concepts, logos, and original materials are owned by Propmark or used with permission.
